1. Introduction

Welcome to Transfluid. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Services

Transfluid specializes in the design, manufacturing, supply, installation, and commissioning of:

• ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge) Systems

• ETP (Effluent Treatment Plants)

• STP (Sewage Treatment Plants)

• Industrial Water & Wastewater Treatment Solutions

All products and services are provided as per agreed technical specifications and approved drawings.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, transportation, and installation unless clearly mentioned.

• Any change in scope or specifications may result in price revision.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment percentage will be mentioned in the quotation or purchase agreement.

• Balance payment must be cleared as per agreed milestone schedule.

• Delayed payments may attract interest charges as per applicable commercial norms.

5. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to force majeure conditions.

• Client must ensure site readiness before dispatch and installation.

• Any delay due to client-side issues may result in additional charges.

6. Warranty

• Equipment warranty will be provided as per agreed terms (generally 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from dispatch, whichever is earlier).

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

• Warranty does not cover damages due to improper operation, negligence, unauthorized modification, or natural disasters.

7. Technical Support & AMC

• Operation & Maintenance support may be provided under separate agreement.

• Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) terms will be governed by a separate contract.

8. Limitation of Liability

Transfluid shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Production loss or business interruption

• Damages arising due to improper usage or third-party interference

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the supplied equipment.

9. Compliance & Approvals

• Client is responsible for obtaining necessary statutory approvals and environmental clearances unless agreed otherwise.

• System performance depends on influent quality as provided by the client.

10. Force Majeure

Transfluid shall not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

11. Intellectual Property

All drawings, designs, technical documents, and proposals remain the intellectual property of Transfluid and may not be shared or reproduced without written consent.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as mutually agreed.

13. Amendments

Transfluid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
